New Stretching Class Starting!
A 30 minute class led by a licensed healthcare professional that works on increasing the flexibility of muscles and joints. Every week will focus on a different area of the body. We are starting a new six week session Tuesday September 16th at 1:00 p.m. Each class is $10 or the six week session is $50. Call 815-725-4919 to sign up today! New Pilates Class Starting!
A new 6 week Pilates class session is starting Wednesday September 3rd, 2008. Classes will be once a week for 6 weeks every Wednesday night from 6:00-7:00 p.m. Every participant will receive bottled water after each class and complimentary use of our infrared sauna by appointment for the duration of the class.
